These terms cover use of www.overunity.ca, the public website of Overunity Digital Web Services. They are not the agreement for a website, hosting, email, or any other work. That is settled when you sign up.
Using the site
You may read the pages, share links to them, and send us a note through the contact form. Don’t break the site, overload it, or present our pages as your own.
What is on the pages
Writing and design we publish here are ours, except where we credit someone else or the material clearly belongs to them. Prices and descriptions are general. A job is what we agree in writing, not whatever a page says on a given day.
Messages and other sites
If you write to us, we use what you send to reply. We don’t sell it. Links may leave this site. Those other sites are not ours to run.
The site as it stands
The site is offered as it is. We can change these terms; the date above is the version that applies. They are governed by the laws of Alberta and Canada.
