01 The step a person repeats Someone takes an order from one place and types it into another. That is the job. We automate it — an API, an inbox, or a supplier website.

02 We own the stack Zapier and n8n connect apps. They stop when the work is logging into a supplier, matching a past order, and finishing the purchase. We run that, because we own the servers and the sites.

03 You still have the wheel Automate does not mean walking away. You monitor. If it runs into trouble, it calls for a person. That person can help it along, or take over.

A person should not spend the day retyping. We find the step they repeat and replace it with a system that does that step, then asks for help when it cannot.

When an order comes in

Dropshipping is the example. The same pattern fits any step a person currently retypes.

01 Watch the source An API endpoint or an inbox. When an order arrives, the system sees it. Nobody has to refresh a screen.

02 Place it now, or wait Process it immediately, or hold for an hour so a late correction lands before anything is bought.

03 Check it against history Address and phone compared with prior orders. If they differ, we notify you. The system does not guess and ship anyway.

04 Place the ones that match A few previous orders that look like this one: log into the supplier, find the product, buy it, and set the ship-to as the person who bought it. Seconds, not the minutes or hours a person spends retyping.

The original buyer stays the recipient. The supplier gets the order. The person who used to copy it from one screen to another does not.
