We migrate you off Gmail, Microsoft 365, or wherever you are stuck today, set up the right signing and policies so other providers trust your mail, and stay available in your time zone. Backups and retention are part of the deal — you are not renting a commodity slot from a giant that treats support as a cost centre. We want you to own your mail: if a platform ever stops fitting, you should be able to leave without fighting proprietary sync walls—something the big suites have made surprisingly hard while still calling it “standards-based.”
